Not a co-working space,
but a curated clubhouse
of creative, independent,
brand-led occupiers
A space that
reflects your
brand.
Hilton House Clubhouse is a curated commercial
building for independent Manchester brands, quietly positioned on Chapel Street — close to the city centre, but removed from its noise.
It was conceived for businesses that don’t sit comfortably in conventional office space. Brands that work by appointment, value discretion, and understand that environment is part of how they’re perceived.
We are looking to curate brands from different
disciplines — music, art, design, fashion, wellness — but all sharing a common approach.
Designed For Brands
Not Business Passing Through
The spaces within Hilton House are deliberately simple, calm and adaptable — designed to let brands speak for themselves.
Each room functions as a private studio: suitable as a showroom, atelier, consulting suite or brand
workspace. The proportions work for product, for
people, and for presence. Nothing is shared that
shouldn’t be.
This is space that supports growth without distraction — and presents well when clients walk
through the door.
A Manchester Address
That Makes Sense
Hilton House Clubhouse sits on Chapel Street, one of Manchester’s key routes into the city centre. A short walk from Selfridges and Harvey Nichols at Cathedral Street and Exchange Square, with Salford CentralStation close by, it’s a location that works quietly in the background
How The Space Is Used
Each floor is arranged as a paired suite — a primary room supported by a secondary space. What happens within those rooms is deliberately open ended. A showroom with a back-ofhouse.
A studio with a quiet room. A consultation space with somewhere discreet to step away.
Everything is private, lockable and self-contained. Nothing shared. Nothing transient.

The building provides modern WC facilities throughout, with shower provision available for those who cycle, train or move between meetings across the city. A shared kitchen facility is located on one floor, serving the building without imposing a heavy communal feel.
Electricity is included within the occupational arrangement. Gas is separately metered. Internet connectivity is left intentionally in the occupier’s control, allowing each business to install a service that suits its operation, security requirements and bandwidth needs.
